01. Shipping
The editions and products offered on the artemus-editions.com site are packaged for transport by delivery companies specializing in the transport of works of art.
By default, delivery is made at the entrance of the building at the address you give us when placing your order.
For some cities and some of our products, we can offer indoor delivery to the room of your choice, with unpacking and removal of packing materials. Please contact us if you are interested in this service.
Products in stock are delivered within 15 working days. Products in pre-order or in production may take longer, as indicated on the product page.
02. Returns
02.01 Right of retraction
You have a period of fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt of your order to return the Product(s) ordered, without justification or penalty. For all returns within the framework of the right of withdrawal, you must enclose with your parcel the returns slip that we will have sent you. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, and in perfect condition. Within 30 days of receipt, we will reimburse you for the amount of your order, including VAT but excluding delivery and return costs.
You are responsible for the risks and costs of returning the goods.
02.02 Returns
No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. To obtain this authorization, the return request must be sent exclusively to contact@artemus-editions.com. The following information is generally required: precise contact details, description of the item(s) concerned, reason for return, invoice or delivery note number corresponding to the parts described. Once the return has been accepted, we will send you a returns slip with a return number. The return slip must be printed and inserted inside the parcel, and the number must be clearly visible on the parcel so that it can be easily identified when received by artemus-editions.com. Products must also be returned with a copy of the invoice. You are solely responsible for the risks and costs of returning the goods.
